A lifelong resident of the Texas Hill Country, Wesley Overley brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local landscape and a relentless work ethic to the Garner Homes leadership team. Wesley is spearheading our expansion into Fredericksburg while continuing to oversee our high-caliber builds in Cordillera Ranch.

His expertise was forged through years of hands-on experience in the field. By learning the trade from the ground up, he developed a sharp eye for technical detail and a mastery of the construction process that can’t be taught in a classroom. He joined Garner Homes because of a shared commitment to excellence and a vision for a more transparent building experience. Wesley is a primary advocate for the Garner Process, ensuring every project benefits from upfront pricing, elite project coordination and a firm commitment to the construction schedule.

Having recently completed his own custom home in Comfort, TX, Wesley offers his clients the unique perspective of someone who has stood in their shoes. He is dedicated to ensuring that the journey is as rewarding as the destination, combining technical precision with a focus on the homeowner’s experience.

When he isn’t on-site, Wesley is an avid golfer and bow hunter. He lives in Comfort with his wife, Kilee, and their son, Weston, where they enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible.
