Kathy Fant

Kathy Fant has been an integral part of the Garner Homes team for over a decade, serving as both our extraordinary bookkeeper and inventory specialist. Throughout the years, Kathy has worn many hats, ensuring that our construction supplies are meticulously inventoried and organized. Her dedication and attention to detail have been instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our back office.

Kathy is known for her generosity with her time and her unwavering support for her colleagues. She exemplifies one of Garner Homes’ core values, “Serving Others,” through her daily actions and interactions. Her ability to come up with creative solutions and her commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on our company’s success.

Outside of her professional role, Kathy leads a vibrant personal life. She and her husband Steve have two lovely daughters, McKenna and Olivia. Kathy is an accomplished dressage rider, spending her free time with her handsome horse, Uno. She is also active in her church, FBC Boerne, and is a talented artist, with her artwork proudly displayed in our model home.

Kathy’s fun sense of humor, readiness to help, and can-do attitude make her a beloved member of the Garner Homes family. Her contributions to our team are invaluable, and we are grateful for her unwavering dedication and exceptional service.
